On the first day, there was a Hangul story class on the 24th August. Hangul, Korean alphabet, also known as the most scientific alphabet, when and by whom was it invented? And for what purpose? Those were the questions answered in an interesting lecture. As well as, there was a chance to learn how in old times in Korea books were made and to try to make your own book. The students made a character print on the paper directly from the wooden board just like in olden times and tried out the binding of the book the old-fashioned way. In the end the students took a picture with the books they made to remember this special experience.
